Sample preparation is a critical part of a successful analysis. We are prepared to properly prepare your samples for analysis. We can dry cut, mount samples in a variety of media including; slow cure epoxy for the best edge retention, hot mount conductive materials, and removable mounts to provide optimize results. Our sample preparation laboratory is an outgrowth of the UHV-EL series of reference samples we offer for instrument calibration. We prepare samples as soft as indium, as hard a diamond, and everything in between. A combination of expert sample preparation and analysis provides the highest probability for a successful outcome. |
